1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ASAHRS EDU website, educational-program information, accounts, applications, events and related services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Educational services and eligibility
ASAHRS EDU provides educational information and programs for eligible healthcare professionals. Program information may change, and enrollment, participation, certification and access are subject to ASAHRS review, credential verification, capacity, payment terms and applicable law. We may modify, suspend or discontinue a feature or program where reasonably necessary.
Nothing on this website guarantees admission, independent competency, business success, income, clinical outcomes, licensing eligibility, scope expansion or authorization to practice in a particular jurisdiction.
3. No medical or professional advice
Website and educational materials are provided for general educational purposes. They are not individualized medical, legal, accounting, tax, franchise, regulatory or other professional advice. Clinical decisions, patient evaluation, treatment, licensure and scope-of-practice determinations must be made by qualified professionals under applicable law and standards of care.
Important clinical notice
The certificate of completion does not expand a participant’s scope of practice. International participation does not authorize U.S. clinical practice. Patients should seek personalized guidance from a qualified hair-restoration specialist.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate information submitted to us and for safeguarding any account credentials. You must not use the services unlawfully; impersonate another person; interfere with site security; scrape, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious material; or use content in a way that infringes rights or violates applicable requirements.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, site security, applicable law or the rights of others are at risk.
5. Intellectual property
The website, program materials, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, course materials and other content are owned by ASAHRS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you may access the materials for your personal or authorized professional educational use. No ownership interest is transferred, and no reproduction, redistribution, public display, commercial exploitation or derivative work is permitted without written permission except as allowed by law.
6. SMS messaging terms
This section applies only if you separately choose to receive ASAHRS EDU text messages. The applicable ASAHRS EDU messaging program may send alerts, inquiry follow-up, event reminders, program updates and, where separately selected, marketing communications. We identify the program and purpose at the point where consent is collected.
We require affirmative, unambiguous consent before sending recurring messages and retain evidence of that consent. Consent is program-specific and does not authorize messages about unrelated topics. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. A final confirmation of the opt-out may be sent; after that, no further messages will be sent unless you later provide a new express opt-in. For assistance, reply HELP or use our Contact page.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, shared, bought, transferred or disclosed to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for our data practices.
7. Email communications
You may choose to receive marketing email about ASAHRS EDU programs, educational resources, events and updates. Marketing email consent is optional and should be requested through a clearly labeled, unchecked selection that is separate from SMS consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting us.
Service, transaction and relationship communications may be sent where appropriate to administer a request, application, account, registration, event, payment or program participation. Marketing emails are intended to use accurate sender information and subject lines, identify commercial content where required, include a valid postal address and provide a clear opt-out method.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. ASAHRS does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from harmful components, or that content will always be complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASAHRS disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASAHRS and its affiliates, officers, instructors, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the services. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law, changes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ASAHRS’s principal operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
For questions about these Terms, contact us through the Contact page or by mail at 7380 West Sand Lake Road, Doctor Phillips, Orlando, Florida 32819.
